For all other electrical goods, orders must be received by Thursday 13th December for Christmas delivery. If you are planning a new kitchen or to
replace your existing appliance we recommend that you place your order with us as early as possible - all deliveries subject to stock
availability.
All customers, when placing their order will be advised of their delivery date, offered by the agents when contacted by telephone. The customer
is then furnished with the information allowing them to decide if the delivery date offered is suitable for them.

Womens, Mens, Kids, Gifts
- Delivery is charged at £3.95 per order for each recipient irrespective of the number or type of items, or free of charge if your order
for each recipient totals £150 or more.
- Debenhams deliver to any UK address (i.e. address with a Royal Mail Postcode including BFPO).
- Most orders are delivered by courier and should arrive five to seven days from the date we receive your order. For locations that do not
have a courier service available, for example, Highlands and Islands, please allow up to 14 days for delivery.

- For Large Electricals, Leisure and Fitness and Media and Entertainment, we aim to deliver within seven to ten days of ordering.

- We deliver to any UK address (i.e. address with a Royal Mail Postcode including BFPO). We cannot deliver to overseas and PO Boxes.
Gift List Purchases including Weddings
- Delivery is charged at £3.95 per transaction or €5.50 for Republic of Ireland Gift List purchases.
- Debenhams arrange two delivery dates with the bride and groom or list holder(s), when they create their list in store.
- For security these dates are confidential, but one usually falls before the wedding/event and one after.
- Debenhams regret that we cannot deliver to any other address, other than the address given at the time of registration.
Debenhams store Personalised Wedding Stationery
Standard Delivery
- Delivery is charged at £3.95 or free of charge if your order totals £200 or more.
- Your order will be delivered within 14 days of our receipt of your signed proof.
- Debenhams deliver to any UK address (i.e. address with a Royal Mail Postcode). Please call our helpline on 0870 24 24 555 for additional
delivery charges and dates to non-UK addresses.
- A signature is required on delivery to provide proof of receipt.
- We cannot deliver Personalised Wedding Stationery to Debenhams stores.
Express Service
- For urgent orders, this service guarantees delivery of your order within 48 hours of our receipt of your signed proof.
- The additional cost of this service is £50.
- This service is only available for UK addresses (i.e. addresses with a Royal Mail Postcode). A 72 hour express service is available for
deliveries to Scottish Highlands.
- This service is not available for 'Pearls' due to its unique design.
- A signature is required on delivery to provide proof of receipt.

Debenhams store Flower Service
A standard £3.95 delivery charge is payable per delivery address, per transaction, except Wines and Champagne which incur a delivery charge of
£5.99.
- Same day and Next day delivery is available for orders placed before 2.00pm to most UK mainland addresses.
- Bouquets are despatched between Monday and Saturday.
- Deliveries are not normally made on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
- Deliveries are made between 8.00am-8.00pm, regrettably an exact time cannot be specified.
- Debenhams deliver to most UK address (i.e. address with a Royal Mail postcode). We are, unfortunately, unable to deliver to selected
Scottish and non-mainland addresses and Northern Ireland. Wherever possible, for security, a signature will be obtained on delivery.

WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment)
From 1st July 2007, all retailers of electrical goods must comply with the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) legislation. This is
a scheme to prevent all such waste being disposed of in general landfill sites and to promote recycling of components and materials. The
legislation aims to minimise the impact of electrical and electronic equipment on the environment by creating products with recycling in mind and
encouraging reuse, recycling, and recovery of WEEE.
How do I know what product is "WEEE"?
The definition of a WEEE product is one whose primary function is dependant on electrical currents to carry out the main function, e.g. a
toaster. However, some product, such as a child's soft toy with an electric circuit, is not classed as WEEE as its primary function is a toy.
"WEEE" In-Store Take- back Scheme
A take back service operates within Debenhams stores, whether you purchase in-store or online. When you purchase a new electrical item from
Debenhams you can exchange an old similar item (e.g. a toaster for a toaster).
In order to do this, you must take your new purchase receipt to store in order to prove that the old item you are bringing back has a new similar
purchase to link to.
You have 28 days from date of purchase to bring back the old item to your local Debenhams department store.
This period is lengthened to 48 days for Debs-to-You and Debenhams Direct (internet) customers.
You may also take the item(s) to your local authority Civic Amenity Site if this is more convenient.
