Delivery Information

This site offers delivery to the UK and most other countries around the world (excluding the USA).

UK Standard Delivery: Deliveries made Monday to Friday of requested week

- Non perishable products, except hampers and gifts boxes: £7 per recipient.

- Non perishable hampers and all gift boxes: £7 per item.

- Perishable hampers, fruit baskets and flowers (delivery by midday): £12 per item.

- For F&M Account Card holders all UK deliveries over the value of £50 are free of charge.

Specific Day Delivery: by midday Tuesday to Friday, subject to availability, 48 hours notice required

- All products, except hampers and gift boxes: £12 per recipient.

- All hampers and gift boxes: £12 per item.

- The Fortnum & Mason Horse Drawn Carriage: £1000 per recipient.

For Northern Ireland, Highland and Islands an additional £5 delivery charge will apply.

Fortnum & Mason Horse Drawn Carriage: Please call 0845 300 1707 to make arrangements for the Fortnum & Mason Horse Drawn Carriage to deliver your gifts (this is available at addresses in and around London and is subject to availability).

Different items for the same address may arrive separately.

For international destinations, deliveries may be made within fortnight blocks as specified.

To calculate post and packing charges for each delivery, please total the Carriage Codes given in the product description of each product and refer to the appropriate column on the carriage chart.

Delivery in Japan

In order to increase our service efficiency in Japan, we have recently changed our distribution policy. We now supply our products through an authorised distributor based in Japan, through whom our products will be distributed under strict quality control guidelines. We believe that this decision will enable us to offer our customers a wide range of our products with a reduced waiting period. Delivery in the USA

Due to FDA legislation - US BIOTERRORISM ACT - we can not currently take online orders for the delivery of food products to mainland USA from the UK web store. Please order direct from our US website www.fortnumandmason-usa.com, or call 0800 89 0011 and dial 866 367 8686 at the AT&T prompt from within the UK, or 1-866-FORTNUM from within the US.

Deliveries to BFPO addresses are charged at £7 per recipient, unless otherwise specified.
