shoe-shop pre-paid returns label you will be charged £2.99.
Most shoes are normally delivered with
in 3-5 working days (Fly Flots take 10 WORKING days for delivery.)

** With all orders to UK
addresses will be a pre-paid postage paid label to return
your goods. If you take out returns paid at point of
purchase (an extra 99p per pair) then you can use this label
free of charge. If you do not take out postage paid you can
return the goods at your own cost or alternatively you can
still use the label, however you will be charged
£2.99.
Returns Paid is
unavailable for the Channel Islands and the Isle of
Man.
You may be liable to pay import duties from customs.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by
you; we have no control over these charges and cannot
predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from
country to country; you should contact your local customs
office for further information. Orders for destinations
outside the EU are deducted 12% to compensate for
this.
Returns Policy
You may return
unworn or faulty* goods within 14 days of
receipt of your order. At point of purchase a
99p/pair returns paid option is available to UK
customers will mean returns are free!! A pre
paid label will be included with the goods. If
the returns paid option is not selected the
customer can arrange their own postage or return
the item(s) using the form provided at a cost of
£2.99 subject to
change
*All goods
returned as faulty, will be inspected for a
manufacturing defect. If deemed faulty, a
full refund or exchange will be given. This
is not limited to 14 days please contact the
helpdesk for more information.
We will
refund in full the cost of the product
provided you have proof of purchase,
without this we can only offer exchanges
for the same product.
