Here at Walktall we want to provide you
with a hassle-free shopping experience. Our customer
service team is on hand to process your order or handle
any queries you may have.
We are UK based but offer worldwide delivery (excluding USA and
Canada).
Our UK Mainland delivery
rates and times are as follows:
Parcelforce 48 - £4.95
We aim to despatch your order within 24 hours of receipt (we do
not despatch at weekends or bank holidays). Delivery usually
takes 2 working days to UK* destinations. Deliveries are not
made on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Parcelforce 24 - £9.95
We aim for same day despatch on orders placed before midday
Monday to Friday to UK* destinations.
Orders placed from Monday to Thursday should be delivered the
next working day.
Orders placed between midday on Thursday and midday on Friday
should be delivered on the following Monday.
Orders placed after midday on Friday, on Saturday or on Sunday
will be despatched on the following Monday and should be
delivered on the Tuesday.
Deliveries are not made on Saturdays,
Sundays or Bank Holidays.
If you are in the armed forces and require goods to
be sent to a BFPO address this is charged at standard UK rate
regardless of the destination – delivery times may vary.

Delivery to destinations outside the UK
We aim to despatch your order within 24 hours of receipt (we do
not despatch at weekends or bank holidays).
For Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland we charge a flat
rate of £10. Delivery usually takes 2-5
working days from despatch.
Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Germany, Denmark,
Italy, Spain, Portugal, Rest of Europe we charge a flat rate
of £18. Delivery usually takes 2-5 working
days from despatch.
Overseas delivery including delivery to Far East and
Australasia, Rest of
World is charged at £25.
Delivery usually takes 6-10 working days from despatch. Please
note we are unable to despatch to the USA or Canada.
Deliveries are not made on Saturdays,
Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Returning goods
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase
you can return it to us unworn within 28 days for a full refund
or exchange. We do ask that you pay the postage on the goods
you return but if you ask for an exchange we will pay for any
goods we send back out to you.
If you are returning clothing or smaller items
the cheapest way to return goods is to take them to your
nearest Post Office and post them back to us using Royal Mail
standard delivery. Always ask for a proof of postage in case
they go astray in the post.
If returning footwear and larger items we can
arrange for Parcel Force to collect the goods you wish to
return for a charge of £4.99 per collection (not per item) –
please call us on 01458 449020 to arrange this. We can offer
collections to suit you, including collecting from an
alternative address and specify day and approximate time of
collection within reason. Please note that this service
is only available to UK addresses.
Once we are in receipt of the goods we aim to process all
refunds and exchanges within 48 hours.
In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds or
exchanges on underwear unless faulty. This does not affect your
legal rights.
What if the goods I have ordered are faulty or I have
been sent the wrong item?
If you think the goods you have received are faulty or if you
have been sent the wrong item, please call our Returns Team on
01458 447967 (Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 4.30pm) or email
returns@walktall.co.uk. In
these circumstances we will arrange a free of charge
collection for replacement goods to be resent where
appropriate.
