BFPO deliveries are charged at £8.95 and may
take up to 7 working days for delivery. Orders
for delivery to BFPO addresses are subject to
size and weight restrictions, dependant on the
geographical location (max. length 1.05m).

International Delivery from
Mothercare
Delivery outside the UK is available for
selected items. Delivery is made by airmail and
can take up to 30 days.
Import duties and taxes may have to be paid
in some countries. Before ordering please
obtain details of these charges from Customs
& Excise in the country to which the goods
are being dispatched.
Services to the following countries are
currently suspended:
Afghanistan, Burundi, Congo Republic, French
Polynesia, Georgia, Guinea-Bissau, Iraq,
Liberia, Rwanda, Somalia, Tajikistan &
Uzbekistan.
Hassle-free returns policy

Mothercare is dedicated to offering the

- Mothercare will be happy to refund or
exchange any item(s)* that you are not
completely satisfied with, as long as they
are returned in an unused condition, within
28 days of receipt with proof of
purchase.
- This can be either direct to us at
Mothercare Direct, Ladywood Works,
Leicester Road, Lutterworth LE17 4HD, or
most items can be returned to any
Mothercare store. If you need advice please
ring 08453 30 40 30. This does not affect
your statutory rights. Please note any
postage incurred by returning the item(s)
to us will not be refunded.
- All returned goods must be accompanied
by a delivery note (this comes with the
delivery of your goods), with completed
details on the reverse.
